Even though we are tired of the noise, we tend to fear silence because it can connect us with our inner selves, but the truth is silence is important because it can help us explore and listen to our feelings.

You may be wondering what silence is and there is no simple answer. There are two main definitions. One of them describes silence as the absence of sound or noise, while the other mentions that silence can be the space in which sound exists.
