Ginni Rometty is truly a self-made woman, working her way up from poverty with coding chops and business instincts that took her up the ranks from engineer to chief executive officer at IBM. Under her leadership, IBM achieved record results in diversity and inclusion. In addition, she championed hiring people of diverse backgrounds and education levels to participate in the digital economy by creating early career opportunities and development for disadvantaged populations, enabling thousands of new collar jobs, and driving the reinvention of education worldwide. The current co-chairman of OneTen and the former executive chairman and CEO of IBM has a net worth of $90 million.
