Where does your heart lie?
To help yourself, you need first to know where you stand and why you're standing where you're standing. To refresh your mind when you're stuck, you can read a book, watch a documentary, or listen to a podcast. Just see how other people are thinking and what they're saying. Find words that resonate with you so it can help you process all the emotions and everything you're going through. Knowing that you are not alone and other people are going through the same will be very comforting.
Healthily question everything
When in distress and need of refreshing, take a step back and look at the picture holistically. Thinking critically and understanding what your beliefs are genuinely rooted in will help you to gain perspective. We're constantly accumulating notions and thoughts about ourselves as we're engaging with the world around us through this journey, whether it's conscious or unconscious. As we grow, we start attaching ourselves and our identities to these very thoughts, notions, and ideas most of the time without knowing where they came from. Remember your roots, and don't jump to conclusions about yourself or others too quickly. Instead, take a look at the bigger picture and feel grateful for all the process you've made.

Revisit your goals
Refresh your memories: How are you doing as you're approaching the half-year mark?
You can write down your goals and your progress. Then take a look at the list and ask yourself how you have been handling it emotionally, financially, and physically. If there's something you want to achieve but you haven't yet, practice self-kindness and being as objective as possible, identify why you haven't been able to make that dream come true. You can also talk to other people to refresh your mind. Actual quality time is giving someone your full undivided and uninterrupted attention. When was the last time you allowed yourself to reflect on your life?
Sometimes just taking a rest for a few minutes can make a huge difference. If you feel stuck, stop what you're doing and allow your mind to relax with other things. Reaching out to others and asking for help when you need it will prevent you from burning out.
Seeing things from a different angle and changing your perspective will sometimes help you refocus and think and act more healthily. If you are in a better state of mind when you return to your task, it will make the most significant difference.
